About Rebecca
I am a facilitator at heart. I love helping groups of people tap into their collective imagination and wisdom.
I’m also an insightful strategist. I’ve been coaching the senior executives and Boards of mission-driven organizations, across Canada and internationally, for more than 25 years. My experience is deepest in the not-for-profit sector, particularly in the fields of social services, health, academia and philanthropy.
I’m a quick learner who brings warm energy, creativity and varied experience to organizations and individuals looking to reimagine their next chapter.
I am increasingly turning my attention to helping adults grow into being imaginative rather than growing out of it. Here’s what’s currently on my menu of offerings:

- I create memorable group coaching experiences globally, locally and digitally to help individuals build clarity and momentum as they navigate transitions.
- I speak on reimagination and adaptability at memorable events.
If you care about the official stuff: I’ve written three books related to adaptable leadership; I am an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator | Master, an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a professional-level Adaptability Quotient coach. I hold a PhD in Sustainable Communities, I am on the faculty of Thought Leaders Business School and I serve as the Vice Chair on the Board of the International Association of Facilitators. I work with 40-50 clients per year and enjoy the long-term trust of numerous repeat clients.
If you care about the unofficial stuff: I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, we’ve raised four terrific people, and I’m now called “Minga” by two precious grandbabies. I love travelling, planning sabbaticals, visiting farmers’ markets, watching sports, knitting and eating at great restaurants.
