Take Time
A fall retreat for women ready to reimagine what’s next
Our 2025 retreat was a powerful success — a weekend of breakthrough moments, meaningful conversations, and the kind of clarity that stays with you long after you leave. And because the experience resonated so deeply, we’re thrilled to run Take Time again next year.
Save the date: October 22-24, 2025
Join us again in the beautiful Town of the Blue Mountains, Ontario — nestled between the Niagara Escarpment and the southern shores of Georgian Bay. More details coming soon — mark your calendar and give yourself something to look forward to.

About the retreat
Take Time is a two-and-a-half-day retreat for thoughtful, purpose-driven women who are craving space to reflect, reset, and realign. Whether you’re on the brink of change or simply yearning to catch your breath, this is your chance to pause, gain clarity, and consider what’s next — with intention.
This isn’t about escaping your life. It’s about pausing long enough to listen to it.
You can expect:
- Guided reflection tools to help you reimagine your next chapter
- Conversations that matter — not small talk, just honest, meaningful dialogue
- Active experiences in nature to refresh your body and quiet your mind
- Delicious, locally prepared meals that nourish both body and soul
- Solo time to think, wander, or just be
- A supportive circle of women navigating transitions of their own
This is your invitation to stop doing all the giving — and take time instead.
Because your next chapter deserves your full attention. And so do you.
Reflections on Take Time
“It was lovely to step away, into a beautiful place, to learn helpful tools while exploring my next chapter. I loved the walks in nature and discussions with like-minded, wise women and am grateful for the insights I took away from this special time of reflection.”
“This retreat was just what I needed during a big life change. The space was warm, supportive and grounding. Through the guided sessions and quiet reflection time, I left feeling inspired and more confident for my next chapter. The added bonus was the fresh, nourishing, and delicious food at the retreat.”
“Take Time is a wonderful way to reconnect with yourself and gain clarity, perspective and inspiration. A terrific gift to yourself or someone you know who is ‘going through it.”
“I went on this retreat thinking it would help me find direction for the next stage of life. But it was so much more. I felt cared for, respected and inspired as I was provided with tools to help find direction for myself.”
“Take Time was the perfect balance of self reflection, coaching, relaxation and activity. The team put together a thoughtful agenda that facilitated in depth and vulnerable conversations, fostered an inclusive community and activities that brought us back to nature. We laughed, we cried, we learned a lot about ourselves! If you’re trying to work your way through a problem I can’t recommend this retreat enough. Gift yourself the space to do some of the brain work and figure out next steps while enjoying yourself at the same time!”
